This Privacy Policy explains how CleanCV ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you visit denkbilgi.com and use our tools.
This is the most important thing to understand about our service. Every tool on this site — the resume builder, cover-letter generator, ATS checker, keyword extractor, and the salary and offer calculators — runs entirely in your web browser using client-side JavaScript. The information you type (your resume content, contact details, salary figures, job descriptions) is processed on your own device and is never uploaded, transmitted, stored, or seen by us or any third party. Some tools save a working draft in your browser's local storage on your own device so you don't lose your work; that draft stays on your device and you can clear it at any time. We operate no server-side processing of your documents and keep no copies of them.
You do not need to register or provide personal information to use our tools. We collect limited, standard technical information automatically — such as your IP address, browser type and version, device type, referring page, and which pages you visit — used to understand site usage, keep the site secure, and improve our tools. We also use Google Analytics to measure aggregate, anonymised traffic.
